PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Pninei Soreq consists of eight two family lots (84-91).  Refer to the attached project layout for a more detailed picture.  Three models are available: Kerem, Gefen and Eshkol.    All the units are semi-detached two family homes on four levels with a total licensed area of 265 square meters- making them the largest units available in Yad Binyamin. It is also possible to combine two Eshkol units in order to create an extremely large self standing unit.  A more detailed description of the units follows. 

Kerem (AL and AR)

Gefen (BL and BR)

Pricelist 

Our pricelist for Pninei Soreq identifies each unit by model and lot number and the size of the lot.  .  The prices are in shekels  and linked to the building cost index for the month of October, 2007.  Our Pninei Soreq prices include 15.5% VAT and our legal fees.  Please note that we reserve the right to make changes in the pricelist at any time.  Only signed requests to purchase as described below can guarantee a price. 

Payments 

15% of the contract price is due at signing.   80% is divided into several payments which are due at various stages of construction with 5% left for delivery.

Use the attached Request to Purchase Form to reserve the unit you choose.   Upon receipt of the form with a 10,000 NS non-refundable deposit check, we will mark the unit as "reserved" on our pricelist and inform you accordingly.
