There are 3 types of cottages:

Basement Cottage:

Well designed roomy cottage with spacious eat-in kitchen and large gardens. There is a guest suite / office with attached bathroom, in addition to the 4 bedrooms on the upper level. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet as well as bathroom on suite. There is a possibility to easily add a bedroom on the upper level. The cottage is called so due to (one of the two) parking spaces, which is accessible from under the lower living level. There is a large space in which one can extend to add a basement for work, play or living purposes.

Garden Cottage:

A large and well planned cottage with unobstructed views and large gardens. The living room is large and has a separate dining nook, in addition to the sizeable eat-in kitchen. There is a guest suite / office with a bathroom in addition to the 4 bedrooms on the upper level. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and bathroom on suite. There in an option to easily add another bedroom on the upper level.

Balcony Cottage:

A light and airy cottage with a large balcony (one of many). This cottage has a sizeable eat-in kitchen and guest suite with bathroom, in addition to the 4 bedrooms on the upper level. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and bathroom on suite. A number of expansion possibilities exist, including a finished attic and a partially enclosed balcony which is accessible through a hallway.
